SAME DAY SHIPPING

1. General Guidelines

At mushroomspores.co, we ship our products throughout the United States. We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible to ensure you receive your spores in optimal condition.

2. Order Processing

We ship orders Monday through Friday only. Orders placed before 12 PM EST will be shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 12 PM EST will be shipped on the following business day.

3. Shipping Methods

mushroomspores.co typically offers the following UPS shipping options:

Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination, shipping method selected, and the weight of your order. As the shipper, we reserve the right to select an appropriate shipping method to fulfill your order. If the shipping fee paid does not cover the selected service, we will use an appropriate alternative shipping method.

4. Delivery Times

Please note that these estimates do not include processing time or potential delays due to weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Shipping Destinations

mushroomspores.co ships to all states where legally permitted. We do not ship to locations where mushroom spores are prohibited. We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

6. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

7. Missed Deliveries

If you miss a delivery, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for rescheduling delivery or picking up your package. Packages that are not claimed within the timeframe specified by the carrier will be returned to mushroomspores.co.

8. Undelivered Packages

mushroomspores.co is not responsible for packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information.

9. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to make changes to or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We can only accommodate changes or cancellations if the order has not yet been processed for shipping.

10. Shipping Delays and Pricing

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, mushroomspores.co is not liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, carrier delays, holidays, etc.).

Shipping prices are subject to change without notice due to factors beyond our control, including carrier rate adjustments. We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of significant changes, but reserve the right to adjust shipping methods as necessary to complete your order.

11. Special Handling Requirements

Our spores require special handling and temperature control. We package our products carefully to ensure they arrive in optimal condition. During extreme weather conditions, we may temporarily hold shipments to prevent damage to the product.

12. International Shipping

At this time, mushroomspores.co does not offer international shipping.
